Krav Maga is a linear system as opposed to many martial arts which are circular in nature. Krav Maga is easy to learn and more importantly retain as it is based on principles and methodologies not techniques. Under stress the mind can become confused and consequently freeze under severe stress so Krav Maga is based on instinctive reactions which do not require cognitive thought.
