I recently completed the myweaponspermit class at the facility on Ulmerton Rd. and during our class there was some activity going on next door. We were told that there was a Krav Maga training class going on. It sounded like the training was very intense and involved. I am truly interested however, I am 60 years old and would like to join but do not want to be a burden to the class. Do you have a program for an older out of shape person?

    Just wondering.
